Medical research

The practice takes part in medical health research. Anonymous statistical information may be passed to organisations with legitimate interest.

These may include research and auditing services, where it is not possible to use anonymised information. This will only be done with your consent, unless the law requires information to be passed on to improve public health.

Please read the practice leaflet  “How we use your Health Record”. If you do not want anonymised information from your record to be used in research, you can opt out and speak with the practice manager. For more information please visit: nhs.uk/your-nhs-data-matters .
