    Optician Home Visits. This service is for people that have a physical ailment or disability that prevents them from visiting a local optician.     To use Dial a Ride the patient must be a member and will need to pre-book trips. There are no fares charged for this service. An adult must always accompany a child aged under 11, although other passengers may need to be escorted if necessary.
